4 less student program, which provides uniform, networked mobile phones for the entire program. This plan enables their office to reach all
of their students immediately and simultaneously in all circumstances  - an advantage that has proven itself countless times.

The following is the special cell phone program arranged for the students of Yeshivat Lev Hatorah:

•  Mobile-to-Mobile to friends: Call any of your friends studying in Israel who also use Phones 4 Less
    for only 2.0 cents per minute (Limited to 1000 minutes per month). So get all your friends to join and save, save, save.

•  Mobiles for Parents: Visiting parents are entitled to special parent rates.

•  Exclusive Call'em 4 less Toll-free Service for Family and Friends: Now you can call your child's cellular
   phone in Israel for only 9.4 cents per minute.

•  Repairs and Replacements With Door-to-Door Service: No need to visit a service center

All phones come with a SIM card.

OPTIONAL PLANS

Rates do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) of 15.5%

(1) Excess rate for calls beyond the minutes allowed in plan will be charged at 15¢ per minute.
(2) Surcharge will apply if calling South Africa land line, UK, South Africa, Australia cellular. Surcharge may apply to other countries not listed. Please call to inquire about rates for other countries not listed.
(3) Excess rate for text messages exceeding the amount allowed in the plan will be charged at 17.0¢per message.

 Higher rates will apply if dialing instructions are not followed.

Students may change cell phone plans once per month.  The charges will go into effect the following month.

AT THE SOLE ELECTION OF THE COMPANY, RATES MAY BE CHARGED IN SHEKEL.
